Generic Life Cycle (please click on the area)![]() Human life is a cycle which consists of several stages which in turn also can be considered as sub-cycles. You have been born; go to school, university, work, got married, had children, mature, become a pensioner and die. Most people are comfortable with this, but every body sometime someday asked himself a questions: What am I living for? Is there anything after death? Who am I and what am I?
Unfortunately, there is no definite answer for this problem. But there are several approaches: philosophical, religious, scientific, paranormal, etc. And it doesn't matter on what side you are believer or atheist - there is still no definite decision. Why not? Because if it was, our society would be different. We are living in chaos now -
technological, cultural, economic, political and moral. World was substantially advanced in technology but stopped in non-material development. Billions of people are trapped by techno-financial society: artificial money (property), artificial intellect, artificial life through TV and internet, etc. It seems that we are living in prison, with walls from social structure, financial system and high technology. Is our term for a life long and after death we be free or it's forever?
This is just a few questions which can be covered in our project. We don't try to promote any point of view, we just want to research the subject and let people know about results. We would like to be a source of information and research engine for mortality/death study. But we are not interested in death - vice versa we are interested in life. And we really believe that new born science - Mortology can substantially change human life and system of values in society.
We would like to help you to ask and may be answer some question, providing all the information and resources available for us. To make the process more effective for you, we created few sections which help you find the most appropriate topics and resources. Please be free to choose. The Mortology section provides information about Mortology in general, our researches and projects as well as comprehensive resource base on the subject.
